Hello hello lovies!
So I have been seeing a lot of Colourpop on my Facebook feeds and yeah my curiosity won and checked their website, lo and behold they are on Free Shipping Worldwide and lippies are on sale.
My thoughts:
Ultra Satin: the lipstick pigmentation is superb and long lasting. Not drying and it doesn't emphasize dry lips, believe me I have the most dry lips ever. It has smoothing effect which is very nice. However, one thing I can say about these liquid lipstick is that the shades on the tube is very misleading, it applies darker in my opinion.
Ultra Matte: Superb pigmentation and is super matte. Doesn't transfer and lasts 8 or more hours on me. I don't need to reapply unless I eat pasta or oily foods. It is light and never dries my already dry lips.
Ultra Blotted: these liquid lipsticks are your best shot if you are looking for a sheer wash of color with matte finish. It dries powder matte and super lightweight. Can enhance the dry lips though so exfoliation is a must.
Price: Each liquid lipsticks are $6 dollars but I got them for $4 dollar each during the sale plus a freebie which is the mini Frick N' Frack. I got the package after 15 days. AED 90 for 6 shades so just AED 15 each lippie plus a mini and tax free here in Dubai so I really got a good deal. Colourpop can sell as much as AED 50-70 on www.souq.com.

Frick N' Frack is described as a Terracotta shade in Colourpop website but appears mauvey dark brown on me, it is satin formulation and long lasting but not drying. Feels light as long as I apply one layer which is good enough as this lipstick is very pigmented. I love it and I wish I got it in full size.
Lasts around 5-6 hours on me with snacks and drinks.
tip: can be used to mixed with other lighter shades.

Bare Necessities
Bare Necessities is part of Alexis Ren collaboration, it is described as peachy pink nude but when I first tried it, it kinda looked neon peach to me. To make it wearable I only used a dot or two and spread it on my lips, it looks okay but not really a shade that I usually wear.
November
November is described as peachy pink though it is more pink on me. I don't usually wear nudes and pink shades thinking that it won't look good on me, but when i tried this, whoa love at first swipe! It makes you look fresh and young without looking trying hard. I just put a single swipe in the morning and spread it on my lips and it stays til i remove it, given that I don't eat oily foods that is.
Ultra Matte
Viper
Viper is described as Dusty Rose, most of the swatches on website looked off and not really helpful.
Anyhow, Viper is one of the Best Seller and I am most excited for it I even ordered two (one for my mom) It is a very pretty shade, it is more purple though than rose and looks vampy so I only use a light swipe and spread as with other shades as these lipsticks are extremely pigmented and a little goes a long long way. It dries full matte but never drying and lightweight on me. It doesn't transfer and lasts more than 8 hours.
Sunday
Sunday is described as Light Terracotta but for me it looks almost the same as Ultra Satin November. It is an everyday warm pink lipstick that looks oh so good and refreshing. It is my most favorite out of all the shades I have.
Ultra Blotted:
Doozy
Doozy is warm rose and dries into a powder matte finish. Very sheer but can be layered. I love this super lightweight lipstick, it is not drying at all although can can highlight dry patches so make sure to exfoliate first.
I have 2 more shades: Ultra Satin in Dopey and Ultra Matte in Mars. Let me know if you also want a review and swatches for those 2.
